Return & Exchange Policy

At Prevail Studios, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds to original payment methods.

However, we accept returns for store credit or exchanges under the conditions below:

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached

Store Credit

  • Approved returns will be issued as store credit for the full purchase amount (excluding shipping)
  • Store credit does not expire

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for size or item changes, depending on availability
  • If the requested item is out of stock, store credit will be issued instead

Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
